Qualifications

What you will bring to the role

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills across multiple channels




- Solid knowledge of reservation and CRM systems (Opera PMS preferred).
- Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy in reservation records.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage reservations, special requests, and cross-department communication.
- Knowledge of luxury hotel standards, with previous experience in a similar role highly regarded.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, anticipating guest needs with professionalism and discretion.
