Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all revenue, property, and rates functions with statutory compliance.
- Oversee ledger balancing, reconciliations, and reporting activities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to your team, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate rates modelling, valuations, concessions, and exemption processing.
- Develop and improve debtor management processes for the collection and administration of rates and sundry debts.
- Maintain accurate records including property data and the electoral roll.
- Support audits, ensure legislative compliance, and implement process improvements.
- Oversee team recruitment, development, and performance management.

Requirements:

- Demonstrated leadership or substantial experience in rates and property revenue with mentoring/coaching responsibilities.
- Solid customer service ethos and history of process improvement.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and influencing skills.
- Track record establishing and optimising systems, policies,



and procedures.
- Proficiency in debtor information and rates management systems.
