Risk & Compliance Manager - Sydney (Versatile Working)

A growing investment firm is seeking a Risk & Compliance Manager to join its Sydney-based team. This is a hands-on, BAU-focused role with strong exposure to risk frameworks, controls, and managed investment scheme compliance across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain risk registers and the organisation-wide controls framework
- Oversee and support compliance across managed investment schemes
- Contribute to the development and ongoing enhancement of the risk framework
- Partner with stakeholders across the business, including investment teams
- Monitor and report on risk and compliance activities

About You:

- Experience in risk and/or compliance within an investment or financial services environment
- Exposure to or understanding of managed investment schemes compliance
- Strong knowledge of risk frameworks and controls
- Knowledge of the "5 Cs" is advantageous
- Hands-on approach with the ability to operate effectively in a BAU-focused role
