The opportunity for U

We’re seeking a Risk, Compliance & ESG Manager to play a critical role in strengthening our governance, resilience, and sustainability frameworks as we continue to grow. This role is open to candidates considering 4-day, part time opportunities, and is for a period of 12 months on a fixed term parental leave contract.

You’re a strategic, commercially minded risk and compliance professional who thrives in a collaborative, rapid-paced environment.

What U will do:

- Lead and maintain GBST’s enterprise risk management framework

- Partner with executives to monitor risk appetite

- Deliver quarterly risk reporting to executive and board stakeholders

- Drive risk awareness and capability across the organisation

- Own and evolve the Business Continuity Program

- Lead testing, simulation exercises, and incident readiness planning





- Ensure organisational resilience through proactive risk mitigation

U will be someone with:

- Demonstrated capability working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

- The ability to self-manage and work well independently

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines simultaneously

- Strong understanding of risk frameworks, risk appetite and executive reporting

- Analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
