About the Role
As a Housekeeper/Room Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring our accommodation rooms and public areas are presented to the highest standard. You'll help create a welcoming and comfortable environment for every guest by delivering exceptional housekeeping services and maintaining outstanding cleanliness throughout the property.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and accommodation areas to company standards
- Change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish room amenities
- Ensure all rooms are guest-ready within required timeframes
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas and back-of-house spaces
- Report maintenance issues, damages, and safety hazards promptly
- Manage and handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely
- Assist with room turnover processes and housekeeping schedules
- Handle lost property in accordance with venue procedures
- Deliver friendly and professional service when interacting with guests
- Support other venue operations as required
About You
- Previous housekeeping, accommodation, hotel, or commercial cleaning experience is highly regarded but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude with a team-focused approach
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable availability, including weekends and public holidays
- Physically capable of performing manual handling and cleaning duties
