About the role

This is a great role for Administration professionals where you’ll be supported and mentored throughout your employment journey.

The purpose of the role is to provide a high level of administrative accuracy, data entry and customer project workflow to ensure recent home orders are processed as efficiently as possible.

This role is based out of our Head Office in varsity Lakes.

Duties & Responsibilities

- High Level Administrative Assistance
- Data Entry & Process
- Monitor and report on weekly workflow activity
- Sales Consultant Job file Creation
- Assistance with Weekly / Monthly Sales Forecasting
- Assist National Sales Manager with daily tasks as required
- General support for Sales Consultants (queries / problem solving)

About you





- A minimum of 3 years administration experience (essential)
- High efficiency in Microsoft Office Skills - Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
- Proficient typing and data entry skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- High attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Well demonstrated organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work well with minimal direction and use initiative.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work to deadlines.
- Consistently maintain high standard of work
- Full Unencumbered Driver's license
