Sales & Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Assist develop and execute marketing initiatives to elevate brand visibility and foster customer engagement.
- Coordinate online & offline marketing activities and events with internal and external parties to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
- Support Distribution and Retail partners in marketing our brand and products.
- Track, evaluate and report on marketing campaign performance.
- Support sales and operations on related administrative duties.
- Work with different HQ departments on various tasks to ensure local operational efficiency.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2-3 years of marketing experience in solar/renewable energy sector a big plus.
- A quick learner and a team player with excellent communication skills.
- Able to adapt changing priorities and can work under pressure.
- Ability to thrive in both independent and team-oriented settings.
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivated and outcome driven.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Willingness to travel as required.
