Responsibilities

- Uphold a "customer-first" mindset by delivering excellence in every interaction.
- Assist the sales team with order processing, tracking, pricing and fulfilling client requests.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information and transactions.
- Generate sales reports and provide analysis to help identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Resolve any issues related to product availability, shipment, or customer concerns, while collaborating with relevant departments.

Skills and Experience

- Experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role desirable.




- Proficient in MS Office Suite and the motivation to learn our systems.
- Computer savvy
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
