About the Role

We are building a talent pool of experienced SAP Technical Project and Program Managers for upcoming enterprise-scale initiatives within the public sector. These projects require seasoned leaders who can deliver complex SAP programs with technical oversight, solid governance, and effective stakeholder engagement.

This is a proactive sourcing effort for anticipated roles within a large transformation program, offering long-term engagement and high-impact work.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP programs or technical project streams, from planning to implementation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and government representatives to ensure program objectives are met.
- Manage technical workstreams including integrations, infrastructure, data migration, and system readiness.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, delivery schedules, and risk mitigation plans.




- Report on progress to senior stakeholders and provide strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Navigate public sector policies, compliance standards, and delivery expectations.

What We're Looking For

- 8–10+ years of experience delivering large-scale SAP projects or programs.
- Proven experience in complex delivery environments, ideally within the public sector.
- Background in consulting or advisory roles, with structured delivery approaches and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of SAP architecture, integrations, infrastructure, and data migration.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
- Current Baseline or NV1 security clearance (mandatory).
- Familiarity with both Agile and traditional delivery methodologies.
