Looking for experienced Scaffolders to join the team at Northern Rivers Scaffold Pty Ltd in Billinudgel, NSW. This is a full-time position that will see you play a key role in the building and construction industry, providing critical scaffold solutions for a range of residential and commercial projects.
What you'll be doing
- Assembling and dismantling scaffolding structures to support construction, maintenance and repair work
- Inspecting scaffolding to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Maintaining all scaffolding equipment and tools in good working condition
- Coordinating with construction teams to deliver scaffolding services in a timely and efficient manner
- Adhering to strict safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Participating in ongoing training to maintain and improve skills and knowledge
What we're looking for
- Relevant experience as a Scaffolder
- Sound understanding of scaffolding systems, installation techniques and safety requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
