About the Role

MSS Security is seeking a skilled Casual Security Officer to join our team in Rockhampton. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, conducting regular site patrols, and maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring premises and controlling building access.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular internal and external patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting visitors and managing reception duties professionally
- Monitor and control site access, including visitor registration and pass issuance
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns in accordance with site procedures
- Complete accurate reports, maintain security records,



and collaborate effectively with site management and team members

Skills & Experience

- Full Australian working rights.
- Current QLD Security Licence
- Current QLD Driver's licence
- Current First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain)
- Blue Card (or willing to obtain)
- Ability to undergo a National Police Clearance
