MSS Security is seeking AGSVA-cleared Security Officers for full-time and part time opportunities across government and high-security environments in Canberra.

About the Role

Successful applicants will have the opportunity to work across a range of government and high-security sites, performing duties such as:

- Access control and visitor management

- Security patrols and incident response

- Control room operations

- Monitoring security systems and alarms

- Asset and infrastructure protection

- Report writing and incident documentation

- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders

- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for personnel, visitors, and assets

What We're Looking For

We're looking for security professionals who are:

- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused

- Solid communicators who can build positive relationships with stakeholders

- Able to remain calm and make sound decisions in dynamic environments

- Committed to maintaining a secure, secure, and inclusive workplace

- Interested in developing a long-term career within the security industry

To be considered, you must have:

- A current AGSVA Security Clearance (Baseline, NV1, NV2, or PV)

- A current ACT Security Licence (or the ability to obtain one)





- Excellent communication and report-writing skills

- Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills

- Professional presentation and attention to detail

- The ability to work a rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays as required
