Senior Accountant - Business Advisory

You'll work directly with managers and partners who actively mentor, delegate properly, and involve seniors in real client conversations.

The Role

As a Senior Accountant , you'll manage your own client portfolio while playing a key role in advisory and value-add work.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and reviewing financial statements and income tax returns
- Providing business advisory services to SME clients
- Assisting clients with structuring, tax planning, and cash flow management
- Budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
- Identifying advisory opportunities and contributing to client strategy
- Direct client contact and relationship management




- Mentoring and reviewing work of junior accountants

This is a role where you'll be trusted with clients, not shielded from them.

What We're Looking For

- CA or CPA qualified (or close to completion)
- 3-6+ years' experience in Australian public practice
- Strong technical skills across tax and business services
- Genuine interest in advisory and client strategy
- Confident communicator who enjoys working with business owners
- Experience with Xero, MYOB, BGL or similar cloud platforms
