Your new role
As a Senior Accountant / Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Partners, contributing to advisory and strategic work.Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and reviewing financial statements, income tax returns, BAS, and IAS
- Delivering advisory services including tax planning, structuring, and business insights
- Reviewing work and mentoring junior team members
- Identifying opportunities to add value beyond compliance
- Supporting internal process improvement as the firm continues to grow

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role,



you'll bring strong technical capability along with a client-focused and proactive mindset.You will ideally have:

- CA or CPA qualification (or near completion)
- 4-7+ years' experience in public practice accounting
- Strong knowledge of Australian tax and accounting standards
- Experience reviewing work and mentoring junior staff
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A desire to be involved in advisory work and business growth
