Senior Assistant Manager (2IC) | Chatswood Hill Tavern

We’re on the hunt for our next Assistant Manager to help keep the Chatswood Hill Tavern buzzing and loved by the locals.

On the corner of Chatswood and Magellan Roads in Springwood, Chatswood Hills Tavern is the perfect place to enjoy a day or night out with friends and family.Our Bistro menu, inspired by classic pub favourites and various cultures influencing the Australian food scene, is jam packed full of flavour and paired perfectly with an extensive wine, craft beer and cocktail list.The Sports Bar and Bistro Bar both offer a great range of tap beers, and are perfect for relaxing over a refreshing drink, catching the game with mates, or enjoying live entertainment.

A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:

- Get to know the locals so well they think you’re part of the crew
- Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe
- Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legends
- Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
- Bring the energy, the service, and the smiles every single shift

About you:

- You’ve been around the bar, bistro, or gaming room block, and maybe already done some supervising
- You’ve learned from excellent managers and now you’re ready to step up




- You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
- You’ve got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
