Job Description:

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an individual to serve as a Finance Senior Associate in the Cyber Product Line. The candidate will serve as a key member of the Cyber team, directly supporting the Finance Senior Manager in developing business strategies and executing operational plans. The candidate will support the finance function in forecast modeling; orders-to-cash processing; financial reporting; validation of Actuals from financial systems; and support of monthly closing activities.

Essential Functions:

- Perform ad hoc analysis on key financial drivers (e.g., SG&A; expense, working capital)

- Coordination of transactions with international accounting team

- Analysis and support for planning of indirect costs and overhead rates

- Preparation of supporting documentation for international transfer pricing

- Customer invoice preparation, orders log maintenance, and backlog reporting

- Collaboration with the Finance Sr Mgr during the monthly OSP & Cash forecasting cycle. To include post-review upload into the Hyperion forecast tool.





- Preparation of supplemental forecasting deliverables (balance sheet forecast, SG&A; forecast)

- Monthly reconciliation of financial results between the forecast tool and accounting ledger

- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

- Ability to build cooperative relationships, earn trust, and thrive in a diverse environment

- Effective interpersonal and communication skills

- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

- Experience with a financial ERP system, such as PeopleSoft, CostPoint, Oracle, or SAP

- Ability to interpret financial models and collaborate on execution of plans

- Experience with tech/software-licensing business model is beneficial but not necessary

- Familiar with multi-entity groups, intercompany, and consolidations

- Hyperion equivalent forecasting and/or consolidations tool experience (HypFcst, OSPGov, HFM)

- PeopleSoft Financials and Deltek CostPoint ERP experience preferable
