Senior BA - Contract role in a data-focused environment - 3 months Your new company
We're seeking a highly experienced, data-driven Senior Business Analyst to join a large insurance organisation within its Group Customer Advocacy program, for an initial 3-month contract.
This role sits in a data-intensive stream focused on complaints and customer data uplift. Hands-on experience working with Databricks is essential, particularly in understanding how data is ingested, structured, and consumed across the platform.

Your new role

- Lead structured workshops to define current and future state requirements
- Review and consolidate existing documentation, identifying gaps
- Work closely with business, delivery, architecture, platform, and data teams
- Drive actions, stakeholder alignment, and timely sign-offs
- Support delivery through build, change impacts, and testing

What you'll need to succeed

- Senior BA with strong delivery discipline and data-focused background




- Proven experience working with Databricks (essential)
- Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills
- Robust stakeholder management with the confidence to challenge constructively
- A self-starter able to maintain momentum in a fast-paced, multi-stream environment

What you'll get in return
This role offers a 3-month contract and a day rate of $900 + super per day. You'll be based in Sydney and enjoy flexible working arrangements (2-3 days in the office).
