Senior BA contract role - Digital program with a focus on Mobile applications Your new company
A large insurance organisation is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support delivery across its digital customer channels, with a strong focus on mobile applications and integrations.

Your current role

- Support delivery across native mobile applications (iOS & Android)
- Define functional and non-functional requirements across APIs and system integrations
- Translate business and customer needs into clear user stories and solution designs
- Facilitate discovery workshops, backlog refinement and stakeholder walkthroughs
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, engineers, UX/UI designers and testers

What you'll need to succeed

- 4+ years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex digital environments
- Strong hands-on experience with mobile applications, APIs and integrations




- Proven experience working in Agile, squad-based delivery models
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
- Insurance or financial services experience highly regarded

What you'll get in return
The role offers a 12-month contract and a day rate of $900 + super per day. You'll be based in Melbourne CBD and enjoy flexible working arrangements (2-3 days in the office).
