Senior Building Surveyor – $61 per hour + Super

- Location: South Western Sydney
- Contract Length: Temporary Part-Time (2–3 days per week, up to 6 months)
- Hourly Rate: $61 per hour + Super

About the Role:
Are you an experienced Building Surveyor looking for your next role? Our client is a local council in South Western Sydney, who are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team on a temporary part-time basis.

Responsibilities:

- Conducting building inspections to ensure compliance with council policies and legislative frameworks.
- Overseeing building certification and planning matters.
- Collaborating with a team of Building Surveyors to achieve strategic objectives.




- Providing expert advice on building and environmental health matters.

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Health, Building Surveying, or a related field.
- Accreditation with NSW Fair Trading at the level of Building Surveyor – restricted (Class 1 and 10 buildings).
- A valid Class C Driver’s Licence.
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
