We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience across financial systems and General Ledger (GL) processing to support a range of business and technology initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of technology and business, working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes across system enhancements and data migration activities.
Your new role
You will play a key role in requirements definition, testing, and back book migration support, contributing to the successful delivery of financial system change.
Key Responsibilities

- Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for financial system initiatives
- Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements
- Support General Ledger (GL) processing and financial system workflows
- Participate in system and user acceptance testing, including test case creation and execution
- Support back book migration activities, including data validation and issue resolution




- Ensure requirements and solutions align with business objectives and regulatory expectations

What you'll need to succeed
You are a hybrid Business Analyst who is comfortable operating across both business and technical teams and understands the nuances of financial systems.
Key Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or finance-driven environments
- Strong understanding of General Ledger (GL) processing
- Experience working with financial systems (e.g. core banking, accounting platforms, ERPs)
- Solid experience developing business and functional requirements
- Hands-on involvement in testing phases (SIT/UAT)
- Experience supporting or contributing to data or back book migrations
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
