- Liaise
with business stakeholders in analysing and documenting Business
Processes, both current and preferred

- Creating
an AS -IS/TO -BE business process mapping (BPM) using BMPN 2.0 notation

- Analyse complex problems and processes to accurately understand clients' business
needs for new business solutions and enhancements

- Assist
with Business Case development to justify allocation of resources for the
implementation of an application

- Consulting
with business, technology, and project stakeholders regarding business
analysis and project success factors

- Assist
informal evaluation of software systems that may be implemented

- Demonstrating
core business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation, process
design, data analysis, and implementation support.

- Act as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders to outline,
design and implement new conversations, intents, and knowledge bases.

- Carrying
out system testing and identifying critical defects.

- Managing
communication, change and adoption across all relevant stakeholders

- Actively
contribute and be part of an Agile environment and participate in daily SCRUM
or Stand -ups, Sprint planning, and Retrospective ceremonies.






This is a leadership role which would involve supporting with practice
development, including training and development of junior teams, providing
leadership and oversight, and supporting business activities.
