Stay updated on industry standards and contractual norms to ensure competitive and compliant agreements. Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management with exposure to multinationals and project-based companies within engineering, procurement or construction industries. Tertiary qualifications in law, business or related discipline. Graduate Diploma in Law a minimum. Customer-facing experience, including negotiations and dispute resolution. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards. High attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing complex contracts.
