Navigating ambiguity and thinking strategically in grey space environments. Support and provide input as required into gate activities. Lead and support the resolution of contractual conflicts, claims and issues. Provide sound, risk-based advice and input at all stages of the capture activities including proposal planning, NGA solution development, and bid response. To be successful in this role, you will need: Ability to obtain and hold a AGSVA security clearance. Tertiary education in Law or business, or equivalent experience. Strong defence contracting experience (DEFCON exposure is highly regarded) Cooperative, outgoing and confident communicator.
