We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Trade Project Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects while overseeing other Projec Managers.
This full-time role offers the opportunity to utilise your robust technical expertise and project management skills to lead electrical installations from start to finish.
What you'll be doing
- Overseeing the planning, coordination and execution of all aspects of assigned electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
- Developing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, liaising with them to understand requirements and provide regular progress updates
- Supervising and mentoring a team of project managers, electricians, technicians and subcontractors to ensure their work is carried out safely and efficiently
- Ensuring all projects comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations and industry best practices
- Preparing detailed reports and documentation to support project delivery
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of at least 5 years' experience as a Senior Electrical Project Manager
- Extensive knowledge of electrical, installation methods and project management principles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors and internal teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget
- Proficient in the use of Simpro software and tools
- Current Australian Electrician's Licence and relevant construction industry certifications
