Job Description

As part of our Real Estate Management division, you’ll manage key tenant and service provider relationships, while driving sustainability improvements across client assets. You’ll also oversee budgets, support investment planning, and ensure cost-effective asset performance.

- Lead day-to-day property operations, ensuring high standards in presentation, maintenance, and security.
- Maintain full compliance with building regulations and engineering standards, including timely execution of preventative maintenance.
- Champion energy efficiency and environmental initiatives to enhance asset performance.
- Foster strong, professional relationships with tenants, clients, contractors,



and internal teams to support seamless service delivery.

- Proven experience managing large commercial assets.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for service excellence.
- Strong technical knowledge in building systems and energy efficiency.
- A knack for contractor management and compliance.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
