Your new role
You'll take a senior position within a specialist Guidewire team delivering a large-scale, multi-phase implementation across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter. Your work will span complex configuration, hands-on GOSU development, integration with enterprise services, and performance optimisation of high-volume transactions. You'll influence solution design, mentor mid-level developers, and help shape best practices around Guidewire Cloud, API orchestration, and automated testing frameworks. This is a role for someone who enjoys solving hard problems and leaving systems better than they found them.
What you'll need to succeed

- Extensive experience across Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) with strong GOSU development skills




- Proven ability to design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, messaging, and event-driven patterns
- Solid understanding of Guidewire Data Model, Product Model, and configuration best practices
- Experience working in Agile teams with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, or similar)
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving capability across distributed systems
- Ability to collaborate with architects, BAs, testers, and business stakeholders while providing technical leadership
