Your new role
This is a senior opportunity for a confident family lawyer looking to step into a trusted, autonomous role within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing complex family law matters with minimal supervision
- Advising clients on non-litigious pathways, including team-oriented and negotiated outcomes
- Running files end-to-end with a focus on quality, strategy and client care
- Contributing to mentoring and development of junior lawyers as appropriate
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across offices




What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have:
- 5+ years post-admission experience in family law
- Strong technical capability paired with excellent judgment and empathy
- A genuine interest in resolution-focused practice
- Confidence managing files independently
- Alignment with a values-driven, wellbeing-focused culture
