An experienced Senior Payroll Officer is required to join a well-established organisation based in Perth. This role will suit a payroll professional who enjoys working in a structured environment and takes ownership of accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing.
You will play a key role in managing end-to-end payroll activities while supporting the wider finance and HR teams.

Your new role

- End-to-end processing of payroll in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensuring compliance with relevant awards, enterprise agreements, and legislation
- Be the first point of contact for the Payroll Officers in the team.
- Managing payroll queries from employees and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate payroll records and employee data
- Processing leave, superannuation, PAYG, and payroll adjustments
- Supporting payroll reporting and reconciliations

- Proven experience in a senior payroll position
- Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and statutory requirements
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
- Confident communication skills and a collaborative working style
