About The Chance

As the Service Advisor, your role will be pivotal in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, offering expert advice and tailored solutions
- Maintaining accurate records of work orders, parts, & customer information to ensure smooth operations
- Promoting and upselling services and products that align with customer needs and business goals
- Collaborating closely with the workshop team to enhance workflow and service delivery




- Coordinating vehicle servicing schedules and managing customer bookings efficiently

About You

The successful candidate will have:

- Experience as a service advisor or in a sales-oriented role
- Knowledge of basic automotive terminology and processes is an advantage
- A proactive and driven attitude, dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building lasting relationships
