About the Role
Reporting to the Service Manager and working closely with our dedicated service team, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering an exceptional standard of customer service
- Handling enquiries and coordinating service bookings
- Greeting customers and keeping them updated on vehicle status
- Liaising with technicians and ensuring work is completed within expected timeframes
- Preparing repair orders and estimating costs and timeframes
- Supporting the growth of the service department by identifying new business opportunities
About You
We are seeking someone who brings:
- Solid knowledge of automotive servicing and repair processes
- Solid communication and organisational skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work efficiently under pressure
- A motivated, reliable work ethic with a commitment to excellence
- A professional, courteous approach and a genuine passion for customer service
