Western Stainless Solutions is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Trades Person to join our team in Landsdale, WA. As a Sheet Metal Trades Person, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling and installing a variety of metal products, contributing to the overall success of our thriving business.

Key responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications to fabricate metal components
- Operate machinery such as shears, brakes, rollers and welding equipment to cut, bend and join metal materials
- Assemble and install metal structures, products and equipment according to established procedures
- Perform maintenance and repair work on metal products and equipment as required
- Ensure all work complies with relevant safety standards and quality control measures
- Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and find efficient solutions
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment

What we're looking for

- Qualified Sheet Metal Trades Person with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints




- Skilled in operating sheet metal fabrication equipment such as shears, brakes, rollers and welding machines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work setting
- Relevant trade certificate or qualification
