The Positionâ¦
They are currently looking to add to their experienced and friendly team with a position for an enthusiastic and reliable Sheetmetal Fabricator and also a Floor Manager in their warehouse based in Loganholme.
The Ideal Candidateâ¦
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience and attributes.
Sheetmetal Tradesman skills required:
- a successful working history in any aspect of sheet-metal fabrication
- experience in rainwater goods (desirable)
- skilled in Welding Aluminium & Stainless Steel (advantageous).
- ability to operate Pressbrake & Machinery
- sufficient skills at CAD or the ability to be taught
Floor Manager skills required:
- prior experience in managing a team
- experience with an ERP system
- understanding of logistics
- good customer service skills
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
In order to be successful in these roles you must:
- Have a quality driven attitude
- Have a high degree of accuracy and a high attention to detail
- Have the ability to work as part of a team but also be self-driven and work independently.
- Take pride & ownership for the finished product
- Ability to work to and meet deadlines
