Job Summary:
We seek an experienced and motivated Software Tester to join our team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have experience with manual and automation testing and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies. As a Software Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through rigorous testing.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and execute software test plans and cases.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and ensure software quality.
• Use industry -standard software testing tools such as ServiceNow, MQC, Quick Test Qualified (QTP), Jira, Confluence, etc.
• Conduct manual testing, as well as automated testing using tools such as Selenium and Cypress.
• Ensure software meets non -functional requirements, including usability and accessibility testing.
• Test mobile and desktop applications, such as Android, iOS, and Windows.
• Debug, isolate, and report software defects to the development team.
• Follow Agile methodologies and participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Stay up to date with the latest testing tools and techniques.
Requirements
To be successful for this position,
you must possess the following:
- Degree in Computer Science or
relevant fieldRequirements
- 3+ years of experience as a software tester.
- Strong experience with manual and automated testing tools like Selenium and Cypress.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Agile ceremonies
- Experience with Cloud platforms, such as AWS and Azure.
- Knowledge of GUI or front -end web testing. Experience with non -functional testing, such as usability and accessibility testing.
- Knowledge of testing mobile or desktop applications, such as Android, iOS, and Windows.
- Excellent problem -solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to commute or relocate to Sydney before starting work.
