Our esteemed hotel is centrally located in Cairns City. Our property features 324 elegantly appointed rooms, 18 versatile meeting spaces, Coco’s Kitchen and Bar, as well as in-room dining services. We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at Pullman Cairns International on a casual basis!

Job Description

As a Spa Therapist, you'll greet guests and provide a range of treatments, from massages to facials, ensuring each experience exceeds expectations while maintaining our high standards of professionalism and hygiene.

You’ll stay informed about our products and services, anticipating guest needs and offering personalized recommendations.



Your excellent communication skills will help you manage inquiries and resolve any issues, further enhancing the guest experience. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining impeccable grooming, you'll contribute to creating a tranquil and welcoming spa environment.

Qualifications

- Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Remedial Massage, or a Certificate IV in Massage
- Experience in a similar role, highly advantageous
- Understanding of massage techniques, wellness practices, and healthy products.
- Ability to attentively focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous at all times.
- Genuine passion for hotel operations and a commitment to enhancing the guest experience.
