Advance Fire Technology, a trusted name in fire protection across Queensland since 1998, is seeking a Sprinkler/Wet Fire Manager to lead our dynamic team. We specialize in fire protection services, minor works, and maintenance and are proud to uphold a strong reputation for excellence and safety.

This full-time role offers the opportunity to work with a motivated team of 12 sprinkler fitters, managing service and minor works for our diverse clients.

About the Role:

As the Sprinkler/Wet Fire Manager, you will:

- Oversee and manage a team of 12 sprinkler fitters, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
- Planned, scheduled, and coordinated service and minor works to meet client deadlines and quality standards.
- Utilize Uptick Software to manage workflows, track progress, and report on project outcomes.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide technical guidance and training as required.
- Monitor compliance with Australian Standards, including AS1851, and company safety policies.
- Liaise with clients to provide exceptional customer service and resolve technical queries.
- Ensure timely ordering and delivery of parts and materials for ongoing projects.
- Manage budgets, track job profitability,



and prepare detailed project reports for senior management.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and manage team development initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in sprinkler systems and wet fire management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Proficiency in Uptick Software (or similar project management platforms).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Australian fire protection standards and compliance.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A focus on safety, quality, and delivering exceptional customer service.
