Your New Role

We’re opening the doors to a brand recent frank green store and we need an experienced Store Manager to lead the charge. This isn’t your standard retail gig, it’s the chance to bring one of Australia’s most iconic, sustainability driven brands to life in one of Sydney’s busiest retail precincts.

As our Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the store. You’ll shape the customer journey, lead and inspire an incredible team, and make sure every detail reflects our bold style and purpose. From setting sales records to hosting store activations, you’ll be building something special right from day one.

Your Day to Day

- Build and lead a high performing team that delivers genuine, premium service every time
- Take ownership of store performance, smashing sales and KPIs while keeping people first
- Ensure smooth operations, rostering, stock flow, compliance, and more, are all humming
- Maintain show stopping visual merchandising and presentation standards
- Drive team development through coaching, mentoring, and hands on leadership




- Play a key role in community events and store activations that put frank green on the map

What You Need

- Solid experience running a premium or lifestyle retail store
- A leadership style that inspires, motivates, and develops others
- Commercial drive with proven results in sales and operations
- Confidence handling rostering, compliance, and stock management
- Communication skills that build strong, positive relationships
- Flexibility across weekdays, weekends, and high-energy peak trade
- A passion for sustainability, innovation, and stylish retail
