Strategic Partnerships Manager

MOOMOO AU is seeking a highly driven Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our growing team. This role sits at the intersection of partnership development, data-driven marketing, and investment products, and will play a key role in driving scalable user acquisition through high-quality partners.

You will work closely with major B2B partners, content creators, and internal cross-functional teams to build long-term partnerships that deliver measurable business outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Development & Strategy (Core Focus)

- Identify, evaluate, and prioritise strategic B2B partnership opportunities that drive user acquisition and brand trust
- Lead partnership discussions, negotiations, and execution across commercial and marketing collaborations
- Design and scale a sustainable partnership ecosystem, from testing to long-term expansion
- Define, track, analyse, and report partnership performance metrics (PC, CAC, ROI, AUM contribution, etc.)
- Continuously optimise partnership structures based on data and performance insights

Marketing & Data Collaboration

- Work closely with marketing teams to align partnerships with broader brand, acquisition and go-to-market strategies
- Apply strong marketing intuition (sense) to test messaging, channels, and formats
- Use data to inform decisions, prioritise opportunities, and iterate quickly
- Support integrated marketing initiatives across paid media, content, and partnerships

Market & Industry Research

- Conduct competitive and market research within the Australian fintech and brokerage landscape
- Monitor trends in digital marketing, investing behaviour, and content consumption
- Translate insights into actionable partnership and marketing strategies

Influencer & KOL Partnerships

- Source, evaluate, and execute partnerships with high-impact KOLs and content creators, particularly in finance and investing
- Design and run performance-driven collaboration frameworks, including content partnerships, affiliate programs, and integrated campaigns
- Work with creators to clearly communicate moomoo’s product value and trading capabilities
- Measure, analyse, and optimise campaign results with a strong focus on conversion quality, not just exposure
- Build and maintain long-term, high-trust relationships with creators

- 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or growth roles in the Australian market

- Strong experience working with B2B partners, KOLs, or influencers
- Data-driven mindset — comfortable analysing performance metrics and making decisions based on numbers
- Strong marketing sense, with the ability to judge what will resonate with target audiences
- Solid understanding of share trading and investment markets (hands-on trading experience strongly preferred)
- Background in financial services, fintech, or trading platforms is highly desirable
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working with cross-functional and global teams
- Good understanding of the Australian digital and media ecosystem

Why Join MOOMOO AU

- Direct ownership over high-impact partnerships that shape growth outcomes
- Exposure to strategic, data-driven decision making
- Opportunity to work deeply with investment products, not just marketing surface-level campaigns
- A quick-growing environment where strong performers can quickly expand scope and influence
