About the firm
This partner-led accounting firm operates across Business Advisory and Audit, with a robust Sydney base and offices throughout the APAC region, including Korea, Vietnam and Singapore. The firm works with a diverse client base, including international subsidiaries, inbound clients and Australian SMEs with turnover up to $50m.

The Sydney office is a close-knit team of 10, supported by an offshore team in the Philippines. With four partners and a well-structured team model, staff benefit from hands-on leadership, clear progression pathways and exposure to interesting, cross-border work.

The firm offers genuine flexibility, including one day per week working from home and flexible hours to support school pick-up and drop-off, while maintaining a collaborative and supportive team culture.

About the role
The firm are looking for a supervisor or senior looking to step up to work alongside the Manager and work closely with the Partner.

Some of the responsibilities will include:

- Managing a portfolio of Clients
- Tax planning and restructuring advice
- Training and development of staff reporting into you
- Preparation, delegation, and review of compliance work including tax returns, financial statements, activity statements,



FBT etc.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team, developing future leaders
- Work alongside partners on firm-wide strategy, business development, and growth initiatives

Skills & experience:

- CA or CPA qualified
- Minimum 5-7+ years in Business Services
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop teams
- Extensive understanding of compliance & advisory work
