Job Summary

Deliver operational excellence! We are seeking a solutions focused, driven and experienced Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of Technician and Trades staff to success, ensuring the safe, efficient and cost effective maintenance and availability of our Heavy Mobile fleet!
Help achieve continuous and efficient daily operations by spearheading preventive maintenance and repair of our top tier plant.

Job Statement

You’ll foster a positive team ‘values based’ culture where the ‘way we work’ is just as important as the expertise we demonstrate every day. The role is offered on an 8/6/7/7 days and nights FIFO roster across our Leonora operation in the prolific Gold district.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring works are completed safely, in line with WHS legislation
- Ensuring machines are maintained to company standards as per OEM specifications
- Ensure maintenance compliance with all planned and unplanned events
- Breakdowns, labour requirements, work order control and cost management.
- Delivery of daily scheduling of planned and unplanned work to meet the weekly mine plan
- Focus on continuous improvement and lead teams to develop and implement solutions.




- Promote and maintain a positive and team-oriented team culture

About You

You will be an authentic and collaborative leader who thrives in the dust and diesel of a mining environment, where safety isn’t just a checkbox, it’s a way of life! You will also have:

- Established supervisory experience within an open pit operation
- Mentor and guide the team to assist with their ongoing learning and development
- S26 Supervisor competency
- Enable and support a safety focused culture
- Manage the delivery and performance of Mobile Plant Machinery
- National accredited HD Mechanic / Heavy Plant trade (Certificate 3)
- Current Drivers Licence (Manual)
