Our client is seeking an Intermediate or Senior Accountant who is eager to advance their career with a forward-thinking firm for the long term.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare BAS, financial statements and tax returns
- Manage or assist with managing a portfolio of clients
- Mentor junior accounts, manage workflow and review work
- Undertake business advisory work (cashflow projections, strategic tax planning, structuring advice, succession planning)
Key Skills & Requirements:
- 3-5+ years public practice accounting experience is essential
- CA or CPA qualified
- Technical knowledge of Div7a, GST & Tax
- Experienced with Business Advisory (tax planning.
structuring & advice)
- Knowledge of accounting software including Xero
- Excellent attention to detail and financial acumen
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
