Your new role
We are exclusively recruiting 4x Technical Sourcing Recruiters on a 12-month fixed-term contract, commencing ASAP.
In this role, you'll be responsible for building high-quality engineering talent pipelines across Australia. You will focus on proactive sourcing for software, engineering and data roles, partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers.
This role is based in Sydney CBD and is full-time in the office.
What you'll need to succeed

- 1-4 years' of sourcing recruitment experience (agency or in-house) with a focus on technical roles
- Strong sourcing capability and creativity in building pipelines,



mapping talent and engaging candidates
- Experience in high-volume or quick-paced tech environments
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to engage candidates effectively
- Citizenship in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, US or Canada (due to security vetting requirements)
