The ideal candidate is articulate and experienced in delivering engaging product demonstrations. You will collaborate with a rapid-paced, in-office team at the PTC HQ in Bostonu0027s Seaport District, supporting our sales efforts by showcasing our product to potential new customers. This role demands a strong understanding of engineering applications (CAD, PDM, PLM, CAM, FEA, etc.) and the ability to effectively communicate our productu0027s unique features.



You will play a crucial role in introducing a next-generation product design platform to a broader audience. This role requires a 2-3 day per week in-office minimum. n nKey Responsibilities:nn * Master our product and become an expert user.n * Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver exceptional product demonstrations.n * Act as a product expert, addressing questions from customers and prospects.n * Develop technical product-related marketing content.n * Expand our ever-growing library of demonstration content.n * Liaise with the development team to relay feature requests from customers and prospects.n * Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.nnnn nRequired Skills:nn * Experience with mechanical CAD software (Onshape, SOLIDWORKS, Autodesk Inventor, Creo, Siemens NX, etc.)n * Experience in delivering product demonstrations.n * Experience in troubleshooting complex customer requirements.n * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.n * Bacheloru0027s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, or a technical equivalent.nnnnPreferred Skills:nn * Experience and familiarity with PDM or PLM products (SOLIDWORKS PDM, Windchill, Autodesk Vault, Siemens Teamcenter)n * Experience with engineering software such as CAM, FEA/CFD, ECAD.n * Must have valid working rights in AustraliannnnLife at PTC is about more than working with todayu2019s most cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
