The Opportunity

Working within our state-of-the-art BMW workshop in Darra, you’ll be responsible for delivering servicing, diagnostics and repairs that meet exacting BMW manufacturer standards. This is a hands-on role for technicians who value quality workmanship, advanced diagnostics and continuous learning.

You’ll work with the latest BMW systems and tooling in a professional, fast-paced environment where teamwork, accountability and craftsmanship matter.

What You’ll Do

- Perform servicing, maintenance and repairs to BMW manufacturer standards

- Diagnose and rectify complex faults using BMW diagnostic systems

- Conduct detailed vehicle inspections and identify additional repair requirements

- Complete all work with precision, accuracy and attention to detail

- Follow BMW technical procedures, repair methods and workshop processes





- Maintain accurate job cards and service documentation

- Contribute to a clean, safe and organised workshop environment

- Collaborate with a high-performing team to deliver timely, quality outcomes

What You’ll Bring

- Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent)

- Proven experience in a dealership and/or prestige automotive environment

- Solid diagnostic, fault-finding and problem-solving capability

- Confidence using modern diagnostic equipment and manufacturer systems

- High standards of workmanship and pride in your output

- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

- A current, valid Australian driver’s licence
