SCOPE Institute is seeking motivated, self-driven individuals to join our agile training team. We are currently hiring experienced and passionate trainers on a full-time, part-time, or casual basis to deliver the following nationally recognised, health-related courses:

- Certificate III in Pathology Collection
- Peripheral Intravenous Cannulation (IV Cannulation)
- CPR
- First Aid
- Wound Care – Foundation and Advanced Techniques

About the Role
This is a flexible opportunity ideal for individuals looking to work 1–3 days per week, with variable scheduling based on course demand. As a trainer, you will:

- Prepare and deliver engaging face-to-face class sessions
- Develop and assess student performance and learning outcomes
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to students
- Communicate with students professionally via email and phone
- Uphold SCOPE Institute’s commitment to high-quality, standards-based education

- A background in health or education
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Confidence in public speaking and classroom management
- Adaptability to accommodate diverse learning styles and changing schedules
- Patience, empathy, and a learner-centred approach
