Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience in government regulatory investigations, compliance monitoring, or administrative inspections.
- Strong command of legislation, policies, and procedures in the Australian regulatory sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- A passion for teaching and developing others.

Qualification Requirements:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent), or a willingness to obtain.
- Relevant qualifications in investigations, compliance, or regulatory practices (highly desirable).
