Want to make an impact in Newhaul's growth?
We are looking for a passionate Training Superintendent to shape the next chapter of Newhaul’s growth.
You will take ownership of all technical and compliance training across our Road, Port and Workshop divisions.
A newly created leadership role where you’ll build structure, uplift capability and lead a network of highly skilled Driver Trainers who coach and assess our operators.
This is your chance to make your mark, drive operational excellence and support the development of a high-performing workforce.

Qualifications
What You Bring
• Several years' experience in technical training with operational capability in transport, logistics, mining.
• Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of NHVAS, CoR and heavy-vehicle compliance and LMS systems
• Experience in managing on-road coaching/training programs and lead field-based trainers
• Ability to balance hands-on delivery with strategic leadership
