A blockchain foundation powering a L1 network, focused on enhancing user accessibility within the DeFi space is seeking a UX Researcher. This role is integral to understanding user behavior and advocating for user-centric improvements in our products.

Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive user studies to gather insights on user behavior and preferences.

- Analyze research findings to inform design and product decisions.

- Advocate for user needs throughout the product development process.

- Collaborate with product and design teams to create user-friendly interfaces.

- Develop and implement research methodologies tailored to project goals.

- Present research findings to stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.

Required Skills

- Background in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.

- Proven expertise in various research methods, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

- Solid analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey research findings to diverse audiences.

- Experience in the blockchain or DeFi sector is preferred but fintech, finance, consumer application experiences open too.
