Key Responsibilities

- Respond to traveler inquiries through email, phone, and messaging platforms

- Assist with reviewing travel plans and helping confirm important trip details

- Provide helpful information regarding destinations, travel guidelines, and company procedures

- Check in with clients prior to departure to ensure they have everything needed for their trip

- Address concerns in a qualified and timely manner and refer complex issues when appropriate
