Visual Merchandise Coordinator | Melbourne

HUGO BOSS is looking for a talented Visual Merchandise Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Based in Melbourne and reporting to the Visual Merchandise Manager, the Visual Merchandise Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all aspects of Visual Merchandising is commercially and locally executed in accordance with the Global VM Standards within a portfolio of stores.

What you can expect:

- Interpreting and executing VM directive, ensuring that visual merchandising standards are consistent and aligned with brand and business requirements

- Working with the retail management teams to identify and implement merchandising opportunities that are commercially astute to maximise sales

- Providing VM support and on-the-job training to the retail team

- Executing new collection drops in line with VM directives, ensuring minimum disruption to the in-store customer experience

- Implementing store window displays

- Mannequin dressing and styling

Your profile:

- Visual merchandising experience within the retail (preferably apparel) industry of at least two years

- Ability to develop respectful, effective working relationships

- Strong attention to detail





- Good time management and prioritisation skills

- Self-motivated with a can-do approach

- Adaptable and flexible
