About the role:

This is your chance to apply your case management experience in a fresh way, supporting injured workers to return to the workforce through vocational services under the WorkSafe scheme. This position is a parental leave contract commencing in June 2026.

You’ll be:





- Helping clients find new employment after injury or illness
- Actively marketing clients’ skills to employers in the open labour market
- Liaising with insurers, treating professionals, and employers to achieve return to work outcomes
- Using your motivation and job matching skills to create real change

We’re looking for:

- Strong understanding of employment services and the labour market
- Experience motivating clients and achieving job placement outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Willingness to travel within Geelong and Metro regions
- Experience in IEA, employment services, or similar is highly valued

Bonus if you’re:

- A registered Rehabilitation Counsellor (ASORC), Psychologist, or Osteopath (AHPRA registered
- Experienced in Occupational Rehabilitation, but we’re happy to train the right employment services professionals!
